Eric J Logan a lifetime resident of South Bend is what you would call a seasoned veteran, Mr Eric Logan throwing a knife at a gunfight is absolutely preposterous sounds a bit theatrical, an outside investigation would give a fair chance at the family knowing the truth and Officer accountability.
